When entering Casa Brisa Tranquila (pronounced: CA-sa BREE-sa Tran-KEY-la), you are immediately greeted with the breathtaking view of the Caribbean through each perfectly placed window and door of the spacious open living room, gourmet kitchen, and dining room. You will feel as if you are on a cruise ship!

Main Level
Beginning in the living room, the high ceilings, comfortable furniture, soothing, contemporary décor and art, and up-scale amenities create a relaxing, enjoyable gathering place. For privacy, simply close the blackout blinds. The cool comfort of air conditioning requires only a quick push of remote-control buttons.
Our custom-built kitchen has supplies needed to prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet dish. Whether you cook up your own meal or hire a private chef, Casa Brisa Tranquila’s clean and organized kitchen is fully stocked!
Coffee or tea? Our coffee bar is complete with a variety of tea and tea blends, ground coffee, and coffee beans you can grind for the French press. Purified water is pumped into the automatic water and ice dispensers on the refrigerator, as well as available in a separate Mexican Talavera water urn.
We have a combination of glass and high-quality melamine dishware, so no need to fear breaking glass on the Italian tile flooring or quartz countertops.
From the slider door, exit with a beverage and snack onto a private balcony where you can watch the photo-worthy sunrises, enjoy the afternoon shade, or stargaze at night while cruise ships pass by in the distance.
And, if you must do a little work, there is an office area with a Wi-Fi printer to get things done while working from paradise.
Primary Bedroom
We designed the house with the Primary Bedroom Suite on the main level to take advantage of the amazing views from that level and to offer one-level living for ourselves and our clients. The décor and layout of this guest retreat specifically was chosen to create a tranquil oasis–a place to get away from it all.
High tray ceilings, custom made push-cabinetry closets with drawers and a safe, Italian marble flooring and tiles, fine linen curtains, high quality bedding, dimmer switches on all lights, and blackout curtains and blinds are just a few special details.
Opening from the bedroom, the private Primary Bathroom allows you to enjoy the views from anywhere in the suite. Best of all, the spa-like bathroom features a tropical rain shower and continued, endless views of the Caribbean.
To further enjoy the outdoor living areas, a sliding glass door provides easy access to the private balcony seating area from where to watch the dolphins in springtime, the cruise ships at night, and especially the sun, moon, stars, and sky at any time!
Lower Level
The house is surprisingly and pleasantly more spacious than expected. The lower level features a second living room, access to the pool and poolside seating areas, and two well-appointed Guest Bedroom Suites.
With a wet bar, smart TV with US channels, games, books, yoga mats, and comfy sofas you’ll have so many options to play or relax at Casa Brisa Tranquila.
Two Poolside Guest Bedroom Suites
Adjacent to the lower level living room are two spacious guest suites with full en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy the unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea from your bed!
Outside the sliding glass doors, comfortable poolside seating provides the perfect place to sip your beverage while enjoying the sunrise in the morning, the shade in the afternoon, and stars at night!
Infinity Pool
If swimming or drifting on a pool float is your pool pleasure, then our large ocean-front saltwater Infinity pool will surely satisfy. Our pool has three levels at 3’, 4’, and 5’ depths. Ample seating inside the pool offers places to sit and sip your favorite beverage mesmerized by the view while the sun warms your skin, soothing your mind, body, and spirit. The pool gets the morning sun and by late afternoon the pool begins to get shade- the best of both worlds and for all types of sun sensitivity.
Casa Brisa Tranquila’s beautiful outdoor accommodations are designed to maximize not only sunbathing but also provide shady areas in which to lounge with soft Caribbean breezes.
Take advantage of comfortable outdoor seating outside of each guest bedroom, a covered outdoor living room area sheltered by the wind and sun, year-round sunbathing areas on the pool decking, and open-air spaces on manicured lawn along the cliff.

Feel like grilling your own steak or lobster? Casa Brisa Tranquila’s outdoor kitchen is great for the grill masters. With a propane grill, sink, and dining table you can bring the party outside! Have a private chef do all the work- just ask us about our Concierge.
