New Modern Exquisite Caribbean Oceanfront Villa, 3 Pools
Welcome to Villa E11even Isla Mujeres, Isla Mujeres largest private luxury oceanfront villa with 100% unobstructed views of the Caribbean Ocean. Our home is located in Punta Sur (South Point) is our luxurious and very spacious 5 bedroom and 4.5 private villa with 3 pools. Punta Sur is the most exclusive and sought after area on the island.
CHEF SERVICE:
The chef service is included in the rate and is available from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This schedule can be adjusted for the chef to start earlier than 9:00 am, but the complimentary service will not extend beyond 3:00 pm. If you wish to extend the service beyond this time, there will be an additional cost as different staff will be required. Our chefs have fixed schedules as they work in restaurants in the afternoon. Food is not included and must be paid for by the guest.

Villa E11even is a one-of-a-kind architectural dream, this 7,700 sq ft villa that was recently completed includes 30’ floor-to-ceiling windows with views of its 3 pools and unobstructed views of the Caribbean Ocean. E11even is a stunning and chic marvel worthy of its name and invites you into museum-quality minimalist design that showcases contemporary art for the utmost in relaxation and tranquility.
The world-renowned beauty of Isla Mujeres is on full display with a natural flow between outdoor and indoor living spaces. Entertaining is never out of the question with 3 infinity pools, including 2 waterfalls and an outdoor shower. Guests will also enjoy large balconies to escape away to and a media room with comfortable reclining furniture. E11even has 85" Smart TV's in the master suite, living area, media room and 75" in the casita.
E11even guests are treated to a palatial Master Suite and terrace, which includes a jacuzzi tub and a closet full of built-ins and lighted vanity and two additional bedroom suites with private bathrooms with direct patio/pool access are also available, as is a 600 sq. ft casita which includes a bed, custom sectional sofa, LG washer/dryer and full kitchen. The accommodations are perfect for large family gatherings and special events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, Yoga and Corporate retreats.
High-end appliances (including a dishwasher), and strong WiFi throughout the villa provide all the amenities you’ll need for your entire stay. Additionally, a water softener and purification system lend to comfort and peace of mind while you bask in E11even unparalleled luxury. Daily Private Chef, housekeeping and laundry service is also included, rounding out a truly first-class experience. Villa E11even offers from 9am to 3 pm private chef services as well.
